How do I upload a photo?

You don’t!

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that details where to send your photo so I can get the best quality photo and you can send multiples easier this way!

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are built into my prices so shipping is always free!

Do you paint people?

I can add people (or pets) to your house portraits, but I don’t do larger portraits of humans. I’d be happy to send a recommendation for somebody who does people if that’s what you’re looking for!

My photo has bad lighting/landscaping/etc … what do I do?

Most of the time I can work with photos that aren’t perfect!
For house portraits it helps to send me the address of the home and sometimes I can find additional photos from Google Maps.

For pet portraits, I can work with you! If you like the pose of a photo but the lighting is bad, simply send an additional photo of the animal so I can see the colors/ details accurately !
